Built something?
I’ll tell you what I’d change.

Send me your app, website, newsletter or product. If I choose it, I’ll record a video walking through it, showing you what stands out, what feels unclear and what I’d improve first.

The goal isn’t to critique your work. It’s to help you make it easier for people to understand, trust and want.

Apps, websites, newsletters, digital products and wonderfully weird internet projects are all welcome.

Why me?

I’ve spent the last 18 years building websites, growing products and helping businesses find customers online.

Today I run digital marketing for four of the UK’s biggest festivals. Over the years I’ve also worked on projects for organisations including Barclays, BT, ITV, the United Nations, Ministry of Sound and Crowdcube.

I’ve spent thousands of hours looking at landing pages, websites, ads and products, trying to answer one question:

Why do some ideas click while others don’t?

StreamSprite review

StreamSprite

A desktop app that turns a character into an animated talking avatar for streams.

My take: A polished product at a fair price. It doesn't need more features, it needs customers, so I'd lean into being the easiest way to add personality to your content.

    TrendsFox

A dashboard that pulls trending content from Reddit, YouTube, GitHub and more into one place.

My take: Genuinely useful and well built. The gap is positioning: don't tell people what's trending, show them what those trends let them achieve.

    StartNewsletter

A tool that generates newsletter ideas for any topic or niche.

My take: The product is solid. It's really an SEO play now, so the work is targeted traffic and making it obvious why you'd use this over ChatGPT.

What you’ll get

A personal video walkthrough
I’ll go through your website or product as if it were my own, talking through what I notice, where I get confused and where I think the biggest opportunities are.
A fresh perspective
When you’ve been building something for months, it’s easy to become blind to it. I’ll give you the perspective of someone seeing it for the first time.
Clear next steps
No vague marketing advice. Just the handful of changes I’d make first if I wanted the product to grow.
